Charges have not been filed yet against a 70-year-old Columbia man accused of stabbing someone Monday morning on Leeway drive in north Columbia.

CPD investigators say the incident happened at about 9:45 Monday morning in the 2900 block of Leeway, which is north of the Gerbes on Paris road. Columbia Police say the victim sustained non-life threatening injuries, adding that the victim and witnesses have identified 70-year-old Arthur Hooks as the suspect. While Hooks is in the Boone County jail, online court records show he has not been charged at this time.
