Prosecutors charge two men over a Jefferson City shooting connected to a botched cell phone deal.
ABC 17 reports Tyrese Bateman and Garfield McNeese are now looking at three felonies.
The victim says he got in a car and tried to sell the suspects a phone Sunday on Madison Street. McNeese allegedly shot the victim in the leg, and the suspects took the victim’s wallet.
The suspects are now in jail with no bond.
