Fulton man admits to sex with 13-year-old

A Fulton man already on probation for child sex crimes has admitted to something more serious.

Michael Collins pleaded guilty in federal court on Monday to having sex with a 13-year-old from Alabama. He met her online in 2017.

Prosecutors say his mother and grandmother brought the girl across state lines to have sex with the 21-year-old.
