Fulton State Hospital is inviting you to Thursday evening’s annual trunk or treat event.
It is from 5-8 pm in the circle drive of the facility on East 5th street in Fulton. The free event will include a free meal.
Fulton State Hospital is operated by the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH).
