Law enforcement is still investigating an apparent murder-suicide in north Columbia.
Sheriff’s deputies say Bobbie Jo Robinson, 39, of Columbia and Stefan Dailing, 41, of Moberly were found dead inside a home on North Creasy Springs Road near Brown School Road early Tuesday morning.
Deputies entered the home just before midnight, then had to retreat after hearing shots fired at them. No officers were hurt.
Firefighters had to carefully put out flames inside the home through a window.
No word yet on which person fired the shots.
