Columbia Police say he stole from someone wanting to complete an online deal with him.
DeAndre Henderson, 19, was arrested Thursday morning on armed criminal action and first degree robbery charges.
Investigators say Henderson and another person offered to sell a cell phone to the victim. When they met in person on Oct. 21, Henderson and the other suspect allegedly had a gun, and robbed the victim.
