City officials, the Southern Boone Chamber of Commerce and community members joined Ashland Mayor Richard Sullivan for Friday’s official dedication of the town’s new municipal center.
It’s the new home for Ashland city hall and the police department.
City Hall moved from 109 East Broadway to 101 West Broadway. City administrator Tony St. Romaine tells 93 the Eagle that the city has been operating at the new facility since last Tuesday, while continuing to move files and equipment all week.
