Ashland man accused of raping minor

An Ashland man is accused of sexually assaulting a minor.

Christopher Fisher, 45, was arrested Wednesday on four counts of rape and sodomy.

Boone County investigators say Fisher had a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl.
