Columbia’s Boone Hospital became a freestanding, independent hospital in April, after being affiliated with BJC for 33 years. Boone Health chief executive officer Troy Greer joined host Fred Parry Saturday on 939 the Eagle’s “CEO Round Table.” Mr. Greer addressed some of the challenges of that, as well as the issue of culture. He says culture has to come first. Mr. Greer also discussed the importance of preventing cyber attacks:
