Former Columbia sustainability director Barbara Buffaloe is running for mayor. She served as sustainability director for 11 years. Ms. Buffaloe appeared on “Wake Up Columbia” this morning and discussed her priorities, if she’s elected mayor. We also discussed winter weather, snow removal, vacant city positions and the controversial issue of roll carts:
