Columbia Police have announced that they are resuming full enforcement of traffic laws. The limits were imposed during Columbia’s declared health emergency. Under a 2020 special order, CPD officers had been authorized to only stop motorists for hazardous moving violations and where indicated for criminal investigation purposes.
