Outgoing Columbia city manager John Glascock will retire this Friday, January 14. He joined 939 the Eagle’s Fred Parry live in-studio Saturday morning for the entire hour, on the “CEO Round Table” program. Glascock outlined the accomplishments he’s most proud of, and also says there’s a better than average chance the use tax will be approved by Columbia voters in April.
