Noble Health closed the doors on the hospitals in mid-Missouri’s Mexico and Fulton on March 25. Platinum Team Management has announced an agreement to assume control of the two hospitals, and Platinum says they’re working to re-open them as soon as possible. Mexico Area Chamber of Commerce executive director Dana Keller joined us live on “Wake Up Columbia” this morning. She tells 939 the Eagle that the chamber is hopeful that quality healthcare in Mexico and Audrain County is returning. Ms. Keller describes the hospital closing as devastating and says it’s a life-or-death issue to have the hospital there. She is very hopeful:
