Missouri Governor Mike Parson is hopeful that lawmakers will approve his proposed supplemental budget aimed at providing additional pay raises to state employees. Governor Parson joined “Wake Up Columbia” this morning during a live interview before the Governor’s Prayer Breakfast at Capitol Plaza Hotel in Jefferson City.
