Missouri Senate Majority Leader Caleb Rowden (R-Columbia) delivered the closing address at Friday night’s Boone County Lincoln Days. He says messaging is critical for Republicans to win in November. Leader Rowden appeared live this morning on 939 the Eagle’s “Wake Up Columbia,” and remains hopeful about a congressional redistricting map.
