Missouri’s governor has appointed Stanton Brothers Eggs co-owner Dustin Stanton as the new Boone County treasurer. Mr. Stanton was sworn-in during a brief Tuesday ceremony at the Roger Wilson Boone County Government Center. The 29-year-old Stanton joined us live on 939 the Eagle’s “Wake Up Columbia” about 90 minutes before the announcement was made. His priorities include transparency and accountability. Stanton says it’s not the government’s money, it’s your money:
