Can Avenue HQ rise from the rubble?

The popular Capitol Avenue music venue was destroyed by last week’s tornado in Jefferson City.

“We lost things. We lost a business. We certainly lost some history. But we didn’t lose any lives,” Quintin Rice with Avenue HQ says.

Rice says the historic building on the corner of East Capitol and Lafayette is a total loss.

Tornado and flood victims can get help for pretty much anything at The Linc on Lafayette Street in Jefferson City on Friday, and the Church of the Nazarene in Eldon on Saturday. More info here.
