Barohn to lead new health institute at MU

Mizzou’s incoming vice chancellor for health affairs will take on another title.

School officials say Richard Barohn will head up the new NextGen Precision Health Institute. Barohn replaces Elizabeth Loboa, who left for a job at Southern Methodist University.

Barohn will join MU on May 11. The new health institute is set to open in 2021.
