Biscuits, Beats, Brews announces lineup

The second Biscuits, Beats and Brews music festival will be the weekend of Oct. 4-6 at Coopers Landing on the river just west of Columbia. The festival announced this week a plan to utilize ongoing shuttles from a parking area four minutes away. It also announced music headliners that include The Spooklights, Molly Healy String Project, Steve Ewing, Noah Earle and Decadent Nation.
