Blair Oaks is one of the local school districts trying to slowly get back to some sort of normal.
Superintendent Jim Jones says 104 seniors graduated Saturday night in a socially-distanced ceremony in Wardsville.
“The Class of 2020 has had some very unique experiences,” Jones says.
In-person summer school started this week at Blair Oaks, but Jones says deciding how classes will run this fall is still a work in progress. Columbia Public Schools is giving families the option of in-person or online classes. Most local districts have not announced their plans yet though.
