Cole County reported its 15th COVID-19 death on Monday.
Active cases are up in Cole since Friday, to 142, but many other local virus numbers were good. Cole only reported five new positives on Monday.
Boone County only had 33 new cases Tuesday, and active cases dropped 15 to 279. Hospitalizations also fell to 66, and are still below capacity. The seven-day positive test rate is down too, now at 10.4%.
Mizzou on Tuesday reported four new student cases, and a slight drop in active cases to 59.
Callaway County reported 27 new cases since Friday. Active cases rose to 101.
Randolph County added 82 cases on Monday. Most of those are tied to the Moberly Correctional Center, according to local health officials. Randolph County had only reported 321 total cases before Monday.
