Boone County offering small business relief this week

Locally-owned small businesses can get up to $10,000 in grants from Boone County to help stay open during the pandemic.

There’s an informational session about the program scheduled for 8 p.m. Tuesday on Zoom. Register for that session here.

The city of Columbia says the application portal will probably only be open Thursday and Friday. Register for a username and password if you are interested by visiting this website. Call 573-874-6321 or email Randall Cole at Randall.Cole@CoMo.gov for more info.

The county has $495,000 in funding available for this program.
