Boone Health is required by federal law to do a community health needs assessment every three years. Boone Health president Brady Dubois encourages you to fill out the survey, saying it allows mid-Missouri leaders to take note of health changes over the past several years. He also says assessment will identify actions to combat continuing or emerging health needs of the community.

The survey is anonymous and takes less than ten minutes to complete. You can find a link to Boone Health’s survey here.

Boone Health currently has about 1,581 employees in Columbia/Boone County, according to the latest numbers from Columbia Regional Economic Development Incorporated (REDI).
