Mr. Dubois will also update you on efforts to provide quality care to residents in mid-Missouri’s Mexico. The rural town has been without a hospital since Audrain County medical center closed in 2022. Mr. Dubois traveled to Mexico, Missouri in October to sign a letter of intent aimed at building a new hospital there. Mr. Dubois has said that access to quality emergency care can save lives, adding that Boone Health is committed to making this project a reality.

Mr. Dubois is also expected to discuss Boone Health’s new chief medical officer Lana Zerrer, who started this week.
