Boone Hospital has a new chief executive officer lined up.
The board of trustees announced Tuesday that Troy Greer will take the job starting Sept. 1. He is the current CEO of Lovelace Medical Center and Heart Hospital of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
The retiring Jim Sinek will stick around as president until the end of the year. Boone Hospital goes independent on Jan. 1, 2021, ending a 30-year relationship with BJC Healthcare.
