Broadway veteran will be interim dean at Conservatory for the Performing Arts at Stephens College

A Broadway veteran who has appeared in “Mamma Mia” and “Wicked” has been appointed as interim dean of Stephens College’s Conservatory for the Performing Arts.

Lisa Brescia has served as an associate professor and chair of Performance since 2022 at Columbia’s Stephens College. Lisa says she’s deeply honored to step into this role. She also says the Conservatory at Stephens College has a long-standing reputation for preparing passionate, driven artists for meaningful careers.
