Columbia Public Works says phase four of the Route K and Old Plank Road roundabout project should be done by Friday afternoon at 5.
With the completion of phase four, all driving lanes within the roundabout will reopen. Sidewalk work, grading restoration and the installation of 11 streetlights will continue into the early spring.
Public Works urges you to continue to drive cautiously in that area, saying the roundabout will remain an active work zone while the work is completed.
