Carpeting crews replacing flooring in elevators at two downtown Columbia parking garages this morning

You’re seeing contractors and carpet trucks this morning as crews replace flooring in two downtown Columbia parking garage elevators.

Columbia Public Works says crews from AllRise elevator company and Dave Griggs’ Flooring America are replacing flooring in elevators in the Fifth and Walnut and Tenth and Cherry parking garages. Work should be done by 5 pm.
