What’s missing from the State Capitol?

The statue of Ceres is undergoing renovations until late 2019.

The Office of Administration’s Kathy Brown says the Goddess of Agriculture will be cleaned up before she’s put back on the dome. Brown says crews are putting up scaffolding on the dome and enclosing the rest of the site so they can work out of the weather.
