Ceres is back.
You can see the statue of the Roman goddess that usually hangs out on top of the state Capitol dome on Friday at 3 p.m. on the sidewalk in front of her home in Jefferson City.
Ceres came down in November 2018 for renovations. It first went up in 1924.
The work is part of the major renovations to the Missouri Capitol building, which should be done by early 2021.
