Trash service looks different in Columbia starting on Monday.
Everything on the curb needs to be in trash bags, thanks to the city council’s vote in September. It will have to be in bags with city logos starting early 2021.
If you have something to throw away that is too big for a trash bag, you will need to schedule that in advance, and it will cost extra.
