Chiefs prepare for Super Bowl 54

The Chiefs are one win away from the top of the football world.

They play the 49ers on Sunday in Super Bowl 54 in Miami.

Patrick Mahomes will make his debut in the big game. The Chiefs star quarterback has not thrown an interception in his playoff career yet.

“I love playing with him as a teammate,” wide receiver Tyreek Hill says. “I wouldn’t want any other quarterback in the league besides him.”

It may be the biggest game in franchise history, but KC tight end Travis Kelce says the team is relaxed right now.

“How much we’re having. How loose everyone is. They’re not getting tight because the hype is getting real and the cameras are in front of us. Everyone is just enjoying their time, being themselves,” Kelce says. “I love this team more than any other team I’ve ever been on, man, because it’s that much more fun.”

The Chiefs come in on an eight-game winning streak, and are playing in their first Super Bowl in 50 years. The 49ers were the best team in the NFC this season, and are looking for their sixth Super Bowl title in franchise history. That would tie the NFL record.
