Cole County commissioners are criticizing outgoing prosecutor Mark Richardson for buying two drones with county money.
Richardson spent about $20,000 on them last year, and gave one to the Jefferson City Police Department.
Presiding Commissioner Sam Bushman says it was an inappropriate purchase from the county’s delinquent tax fund.
