Authorities evacuated the Cole County Courthouse Tuesday afternoon after reports of a bomb threat.
Sheriff John Wheeler posted on Twitter at around 1:30 p.m. to avoid the area. He later posted saying that authorities did not find a bomb.
We are clear from the Cole County Courhouse, nothing found. Thank you to JCPD and Capital Police for there assistance.
