Columbia council to hear comment on police reform, roll carts

The Columbia City Council hears public comment on a couple divisive issues on Monday night at city hall.

Five people are talking about racism and police reform. The latest rally on that topic on Saturday night was called Roll Out for Justice. People on bikes and skateboards and other wheels demonstrated near downtown over the death of George Floyd and others.

Another speaker on Monday night will ask the city to switch to roll carts for trash.
