For the first time since 2021, the Daniel Boone Little League (DBLL) 12U All-Stars are heading to Indiana to represent Missouri at the Little League Baseball Midwest region tournament.
The winner of that tourney heads to the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
Daniel Boone manager Jeremy Bexten’s team won the 2026 Missouri Little League state championship, outscoring opponents 30-1 in three state tournament games. Mr. Sexton says these kids have earned every bit of this and now get to wear Daniel Boone across their chests and represent the entire state of Missouri on a national stage.
The team is still accepting donations to help the team and families make the trip to Indiana during the tournament, which starts Thursday in Whitestown, Indiana. A $50 donation will cover meals for a player and family.
