A Columbia hotel is evacuated after an early-morning trash fire.
ABC 17 reports firefighters got to the Residence Inn near Clark Lane and the I-70 connector at around 12:45 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities say they found smoke on all four floors of the hotel. It apparently stemmed from burning debris in a trash can on the fourth floor.
No one was hurt.
