Today’s open house is from 4-5 pm at CHA’s administration building on Switzler. The Columbia Housing Authority was established by city ordinance in 1956 and Dowell Naylor was CHA’s first executive director. CHA aims to provide safe, healthy and affordable housing for low-income families and individuals in Columbia and Boone County.
