Columbia, Jefferson City school buses rate well in inspections

The Missouri Highway Patrol’s report released Monday found only one Columbia Public Schools bus did not pass inspection and needs to be taken out of service.

That is out of 217 in the CPS fleet.

Jefferson City’s fleet has four buses out of 77 that need at least some work. Still, about 95 percent made the grade.
