A Columbia man is accused of trying to set the Boone County courthouse on fire.
ABC 17 reports prosecutors charged Dominique Neighbors with counts of arson, terroristic threats and more. Police said Neighbors was trying to light a Molotov cocktail from behind the courthouse near Eighth and Ash streets on Tuesday.
He was arrested and put in jail with no bond.
