Columbia man drowns at Lake of the Ozarks

A Columbia man is dead after drowning in the Lake of the Ozarks.

Troopers say Jose Ramirez was found dead in the water Friday. He had apparently left his home intoxicated and never returned.

Ramirez was 22 years old.
