Columbia man in jail on child porn, sex offender charges

A Columbia man who previously served prison time for child molestation is in jail again for possessing child porn.

Boone County authorities arrested 29-year old Adam Boaz Wednesday at the Welcome Inn on north Providence. They found that Boaz had digital files containing child pornography.

Boaz served 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to first-degree child molestation in 2009.

He is also charged for not registering as a sex offender.
