A Columbia man pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday to illegal gun possession.
Justin Ewing was already a convicted felon when he was found with a gun as a passenger in a car that tried to get to get away from police in late 2017.
Both Ewing and Jeremy Gerlach, the driver of the car who already pleaded guilty to the same charge in late 2018, could face ten years in prison without parole.
