It’s a ten-year federal prison sentence for a Columbia man who robbed a bank then led the cops on a high-speed chase with a baby in the getaway car.
Prosecutors say Larome Humphrey, 28, and two others stole from the Callaway Bank on Bull Run Drive in Columbia at gunpoint in April 2017.
Troopers spotted the getaway car on I-70 near Kingdom City. A chase that at times topped 100 miles an hour chase ended with the suspects crashing the car into a fence and trying to run. The baby in the backseat was not hurt.
Humphrey got his prison sentence on Thursday.
