Friday is your opportunity to hear directly from all four Columbia mayoral candidates and to also ask them questions.
The Columbia Pachyderm Club has invited all four candidates to their 11:30 am mayoral candidate forum at Dickey’s BBQ on Forum. The Pachyderms say Columbia Mayor Barbara Buffaloe and challengers Tanya Heath, Blair Murphy and Lucio Bitoy are scheduled to participate. Bitoy is a write-in candidate.
The candidates will have three minutes to make an opening statement, then they will each answer questions from the audience. All four candidates will have the opportunity to address each question asked.
The election is on April 8. Mayor Buffaloe is seeking a second term.
