Columbia plow drivers asking you to park in your driveway; round-the-clock plow efforts continue

A 23-person Columbia Public Works crew has been treating first and second priority roads all night. They’ve been impacted by continuous snow.

Those major priority routes include Providence, Broadway, Vandiver and Forum. That crew has been working nonstop since 7 Thursday night.

They are urging you to park your vehicle in your driveway this morning, saying it will give snow plow drivers the ability to do their work safely and more efficiently.
