Columbia Police continue to follow leads in Mizzou employee’s murder

Columbia Police say last month’s murder of a Mizzou employee at his home on Marble Cedars drive in west Columbia is an open investigation. Marble Cedars drive is near Scott Boulevard and Longview park.

52-year-old James Hundle was shot to death inside his home in mid-October. CPD detectives say they’re currently following up on leads, and they’re encouraging anyone with information about the homicide to call CrimeStoppers. That number is (573) 875-TIPS.

Mr. Hundle worked as the assistant to the vice chancellor and dean of Mizzou’s College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources.

CPD says information leading to an arrest in the case can result in a reward of more than $1,000.
