There have now been two homicides in Columbia in the past three days, as a man was shot to death Wednesday afternoon on Doris drive in north Columbia.
Doris drive is east of Cosmo park and is near North Creasy Springs. Our news partner KMIZ quotes Columbia Police as saying the victim was shot to death and that another person was injured. It’s still unclear how the second person was injured.
Reporter Nia Hinson from our news partner KMIZ says Columbia Police haven’t said of the victim was shot inside or outside a home. Nia reports there were at least ten police vehicles and medics on-scene.
