Arrests made after gunshots, home invasion early Friday

Authorities say suspects are in custody after two overnight Columbia shootings.

There were several shots fired and some property damaged on Highland Drive near Broadway and Stadium Blvd. a little after midnight Friday. No word anyone was hurt.

At about 4:30 a.m. Friday, there was a home invasion and shooting on Garth Ave. near Broadway. Authorities found that one suspect was in the hospital with a gunshot wound. The other two were arrested.

Both cases are still under investigation. It does not look like they are related.
