Columbia police investigate two shots fired incidents this week

Columbia police have no suspect information after two separate shootings in the city over the past few days.

At about midnight Tuesday, police were called to the area of Dove and Antelope Drives for a report of shots heard. They found shell casings, along with damage to a home and a car in the 3300 block of Dove Drive.

No one was hurt.

The second shooting under investigation happened Thursday morning at about 4:00. Officers found shell casings in the 500 block of Jackson Street. A home was hit by gunfire.
